There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total. All credit cards are charged in the currency as shown in the online shop. Your credit card company or bank may add additional charges which you are liable for. Fingerprint Fun is based in New Zealand and due to time difference we might not receive your order cancellations on time.

If notified before the goods have been dispatched, Fingerprint Fun can accommodate for order cancellations. If the items have been shipped in some rare instances Fingerprint Fun might be able to retrieve them from our delivery service. Fingerprint Fun reserves the right to charge a cancellation and service fee.
