Not currently. Fingerprint Fun has been developed as an online experience, and we can only process orders made via the website.

We have two payment options to handle our online payments.

1. Payment direct to our New Zealand bank account.
2. Payment via Stripe using your Credit Card.

Direct Bank Transfer
Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

Credit Card Payment
We use Stripe, which is certified to the highest industry standards and has obtained regulatory licenses around the world. Stripe is fast, easy & secure.

Stripe accepts all major debit and credit cards from customers in every country.

After you pay via credit card or nominate to deposit into our bank you will be redirected to our thank you page with a clear message confirming your order has been made. You will also receive a confirmation email within minutes of your transaction taking place. If the email isn’t in your inbox please check your spam messages and look out for an email from ‘Fingerprint Fun (NZ)’. If the email hasn’t arrived please contact us via our contact page.

After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History. For orders via registered postage, a tracking number (article tracking number) will be emailed to you after the receipt is given to us from the freight supplier.

If you are having trouble connecting to multiple websites then it could be worth contacting your Internet Service Provider as there may be a problem with your connection. From time to time the Fingerprint Fun website may be down for maintenance in which case please bear with us and consider trying again later.
